Zeibe sells mixed goods in Umajo-Kenta. She can also purify cursed items and investigate properties of items.
Speculation[]
While her full story is unknown, she tells Tom and his team that she has training in the magical arts. She is considered by some to be the most mysterious character in the game, as you're not able to have a regular dialogue with her. The mystery is further enhanced by her magical ability, and apparent wealth. (Jewels and costly weapons are everywhere in her store).
Given her red hair, extensive availability of druidic-style items, and magical ability, fan theory suggests that she may be the daughter of wizard Nemos. Nemos reveals that there is extensive trade between the Celtic villages of Arjano, and the city of Umajo Kenta. (And that all weapon smiths of Arjano have their training in Umajo). It seems likely that as a mixed-goods trader, she travels between Umajo and Arjano, facilitating imports and exports of valuable goods.
Her ability to remove curses from items suggests that her magical skill is at a very high level, akin to the inhabitants of Dji Cantos, further strengthening the theory that she may be, in fact, the daughter of Nemos. (The leader of the druids)
