Sebai-li Wrinn is the chief of the South Wind Clan, that saved Tom and Rainer.
He married Larina at a young age. He has transferred his self to his son with the Sebai ritual (done this only one time) and he is 50 years old. After the ritual he made a great festival and some house expansions by the Dji-Fadh, valuing the public image of the clan. These actions brought high expenses for the Clan in recent years.
He welcomed Tom Driscoll and Rainer Hofstedt, told them about the Iskai culture; Tom gave him the remains of his shuttle and in turn he gave them the key to the doors of the Clan building and the supply cellar, generously bestowing them everything inside.
