Sebai-giz Frill is a historian, the advisor to the Council of Jirinaar, the member of the Dji Cantos, and the oldest Iskai of Nakiridaani. His interest in this world and history keeps also his interest for life and performed the ritual for 20 times. He is often away on trips. When in Jirinaar, he is found in the east wing of the the council structure.
During Tom Driscoll's investigation of Akiir's murder, he helps the party to identify the Fine Iskai dagger as Bradir's.
