The Chosen is an Iskai authorized by the Council of Jirinaar circle to perform the Sebai ritual. It is decided by election.
A Chosen is someone who has distinguished oneself by courage or self-sacrifice; who also reached high rank in the Stiriik; or with unique talents and knowledge who used it for the benefit of others.
If one dies, a sibling may become Sebai in honor of this person.
